The breakfast was unparalleled, with unique gourmet offerings and even champagne. The location was superb, allowing us to walk to all major attractions effortlessly.

i thought i was stepping into luxury, but it felt more like a hostel, with the air conditioning barely working and drunks howling outside. oh, and the shower? only works if you’re IN it, obviously. expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but i guess that’s too much to ask. absoluteley disappointing!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

The mattress was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Bruges bliss with a special touch

We felt so spoiled on our anniversary! The restaurant is top-tier, proper fine-dining. Rooms are classy and super clean, with all the nice touches that made us feel special. Loved chilling at the library bar with a drink after a day of strolling around the beautiful city!

Only wish the brekkie had some more options, it was nice but a bit limited for my taste.

Room sizes felt cramped, making it difficult to navigate comfortably!!! the air conditioning was inefficient and failed to maintain a comfortable temperature. It's unfortunate that these aspects overshadowed the hotel's many positives.

The decor is stunning, with elegant antique furniture and inviting spaces. Our mini suite was spacious and meticulously decorated, making us feel like royalty!

Felt home care, no reason to complain.

Just a good match for overnight stay in Bruges with exceptional value. Loved the fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. Avoid weekend nights if possible, as the street noise can be quite disruptive.

Fantastic breakfast with gourmet options. Room was tiny and lacked any majestic feel. Enjoyed the bike rental for exploring nearby areas.

this hotel is just beautiful, every detail is so elegent, like stepping into a fairytale. the staff are super friendly and went outta their way to make our honeymoon special, like welcome fruits and chocolates in our room. location is perfect, just a few mins walk to all the sights but still felt kinda quiet and cozy. loved havin breakfast with unlimited champaign and the decor is just wow, it really sets the mood. can't recommend this place enough, felt like we were treated like royals!

only downside was the bathroom was a bit cramped, and the air conditioning could've been better. didn't ruin our stay tho!

We had a nice stay, really loved the cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The location is awesome, just a short walk from the square! Only thing was the bathroom was kinda cramped, not much room to move around. But the bar had some great snacks we enjoyed after a long day.

The Classic Double Room was beautifully decorated, creating an enchanting ambiance throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from our window which added a perfect touch to our mornings. The staff were exceptional, always offering helpful recommendations and ensuring our comfort.
